Dr. Yi Pan O.M.D., L.Ac. Education:
Dr. Pan received his doctorate in Western medicine form Shanghai Second Medical
University in Shanghai, People's Republic of China in 1987. He earned his doctorate in
Oriental medicine one year earlier at the Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine
University. He has also received a masters degree in nutritional science from the Brooklyn
College of City University of New York in 1991. He is licensed by the acupuncture
committee of the California board of medical quality assurance.
Experience:
During the last ten years of hospital practice and research, Dr. Pan has treated
conditions such as diabetes, heart ailments, chronic bronchitis and asthma, gynecological
problems and traumatic injuries using his combined expertise in Western and Oriental
medicine.
Dr. Pan served as the backbone of the Emperor's College teaching clinic for four years
in his capacity as Clinic Supervisor overseeing 40 interns and 10 other supervisors. He
also taught the Tui Na (Chinese massage) class at Emperor's College.

Dr. Pan's medical specialties include the treatment of stress related disorders and
respiratory diseases.

Dr. Xiao Ming Xu O.M.D., L.Ac. Education:
Dr. Xu (pronounced "shu") received her doctorate in Oriental medicine from
Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine University in 1986. Dr. Xu taught at the Shanghai
Second Medical University. Meanwhile, she practiced and did research on acupuncture and
herbology at the Shanghai Rui-Jin Hospital.
Experience:
Dr. Xu has successfully treated conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, arthritis,
bronchitis, asthma, heart disease, peptic ulcers, gynecological diseases, pain control and
many others.
For over six years, Dr. Xu was a highly sought out instructor for a variety of
Traditional Chinese Medicine classes at both Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental
Medicine in Santa Monica, California and SAMRA University in Los Angeles.
